3 ModulesBullyology

This program is designed to help administrators and their counseling teams build bullying prevention and response into a multi-tiered system of support. Once we help you establish your system of support, your school will be equipped with the effective prevention and responsive services you need to prevent school bullying.

Training Introduction

Bullyology trains administrators and school teams in the “Prevention Trifecta” of Parent/Community Outreach, Authentic Reporting, and Resiliency Training. Meta-analytic (Wong, 2008) research has been loud and clear about your current bullying prevention program: It’s not working! Most programs only build knowledge and awareness. Take the next effective step in bully prevention and victim support.

Module 1: Bullying Prevention, MTSS, and You

Take a moment to evaluate your school’s MTSS structure. We want to meet you where you are in this process. To ensure Bullyology helps children, it needs to sync well to your school’s current efforts in bullying prevention.

Module 2: Teaching Resilience

Where Bullyology is different and superior to every other bullying prevention program is the focus on a continuum of intervention and support for both sides of bullying. In this module, we discuss how to intervene with students who are engaging in bullying behavior — as well as how to provide immediate support to victims of bullying.
