Where’s the research supporting the use of your PD trainings?
We have way too much respect for schools, teachers, and of course students to mess around with gimmicks, trends, and buzzwords. Optimistic Teaming PD trainings are vehicles of content. All the content shared comes from evidence-based practice, scholarly, and peer-reviewed research. We have spent years refining the delivery of this content in a fun, engaging, and useful way.
Why should I recertify if I’ve already been certified?
We’re pretty serious about quality PD. We work with you to build sustainability by helping you create a system of in-house PD and that takes time. We also care about the quality in which our content is delivered. Re-certification allows us to help you build the PD system in your schools and helps us keep tabs on how we can improve your skills as a trainer.
Can I just purchase a login and get trained online?
Sure you can! Just like all online learning, it has it’s pros and cons. The pros are you can receive the content on your own time at your own speed. The cons are you may miss the opportunity dig deeper with the instructors and you lose the opportunity to customize the needs of your school.
